Free lockers, using a €0.50 coin to lock the locker, returned automatically when you open it.
It is not allowed to enter the exhibition with: food, drink, cars or baby chairs, large backpacks, suitcases, helmets, bicycles, roller skates, or any other means of transport with wheels. These objects must be placed inside each locker, however small backpacks are allowed.
Food and drink are not allowed in the exhibition.
The average visit time is approximately one and a half hour.

It is allowed to take photographs or videos for personal and non-commercial purposes. Make sure you have the flash turned off so as not to disturb other visitors. The use of tripods, monopods or selfie-sticks inside the exhibition are prohibited.

Children up to three years old can enter the exhibition free of charge, by simply presenting the child’s identification at the ticket office when purchasing the remaining tickets. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, family member or guardian.
At the end of the exhibition you will find a shop with a wide variety of products related to the exhibition.
The exhibition is accessible to people with reduced mobility and the use of wheelchairs.
Tickets for people with reduced mobility are only sold at the Cordoaria Nacional ticket office, upon presentation of the Medical Certificate of Multipurpose Disability and with guaranteed priority in the queue at the ticket office when purchasing the ticket.
In order to guarantee the most pleasant visit to all visitors, access to the exhibition is organized in slots every one hour. It is necessary to select a day and time when purchasing the ticket, however, once you access the exhibition, you can stay as long as you consider necessary to make the most of the exhibition.
The average visit time is an hour and a half.
In this case, we will do our best to get you in at the following time, always available depending on the availability of the room’s capacity.
